I hear bitch tits, and I think of Meatloaf's character for Fight Club!

This insult is directed at a guy who probably carries his extra weight in the wrong places. Its more specific than other fat insults, which makes it potentially funnier. However, it is quite cruel to insult a person based on looks if not taken in a joking way by both parties.

this one is uncreative and does not make it any more insulting by combining the two words. i also don't believe calling people names because of how they look is especially mature or in the least bit humorous. who people are on the inside and how they treat people, especially those that call people names because of a physical difference tells me how inconsiderate and thoughtless people can be. if a man happens to have breasts like a woman that is his personal life and none of mine. i would never use this name.
