Gorgeous and extremely talented.

A gorgeous and sophisticated woman.  Not always the warmest personality though.

Very sexy, very beautiful woman, who got her start in cinema as a very beautiful child (one of her first roles was in Sergio Leone's "Once Upon A Time In America"). I'm not sure how much of an actress she really is, but she's had the good fortune to be in some very worthwhile movies ("Requiem For A Dream" is probably as scathing a picture as you're likely to see about drug addiction in America; then again, it's based on a novel by Hubert Selby). If she's not a great actress yet, maybe she'll become one in time. Even if she doesn't, as CandaSucks notes, she's very easy on the eyes. That's more than you can say about Julia Roberts...

Man! Her rack was looking great in the movie "Career Opportunities", and it was even better looking in the movie "Inventing The Abbotts"!
