Terrible airline! Quite honestly the worst service from ground staff and the airline I ever had. Just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong, late flights, wrong gates numbers (moved 3 times with no info at all!)clueless unapologetic staff who were absent for hours when we needed to know what was going on. Dirty toilets, no air-con on a hot day in Hong Kong, flights routinely many hours late. And you can't complain as they don't have a complaints department in Hong Kong, you need to send an email to Thailand where they are smply not interested at all! Very poor management and disinterested staff, total absence of complaints procedure! And not all that cheap either for the priveledge. I'll never fly again with Orient Thai, dreadful customer service and once they have your money they just don't care about you at all.
