If I had a dollar for every heated debate that I've gotten into over brilliant but controversial Australian cricketers I wouldn't even be able to buy a small coffee at Starbucks.  And I mean small, not Vende or Grande or Merde.

Apparently an Australian cricket player who had some drug problems a few years back.  Since I had to Google the name to find out who he was, having never heard the name, I don't think he rates real high on a "hated" scale.

Not many people here would've heard of Shane Warne. He's an Australian cricketer. However, he makes for a good topic here. He's controversial yet brilliant at the same time. He has done some stupid things, like being unfaithful to his wife. However, I met him and he doesn't seem like such a bad guy. Some people here may be familiar with the drugs scandal he got himself into, I don't know. Anyway, he is worth a mention.
