This guy had to be the consummate BS Artist. He invents a wacky, out there religion, freely confessing that he made it up in order to become wealthy and then still manages to sell it to thousands of people - many of them rich. You would think that the fact that he was a SciFi writer would have tipped them off. But nooooo!

A third rate science fiction writer with a ludicrous name like that is not exactly my idea of a messiah, and anyone followed by Barbarino has gotta be a genius right? Now if it had been a good sci fi writer, say Bradbury, whose tenets are being followed by Mr. Woodman, I might give them the courtesy of a listen....

Fabulous!! A cult based upon a drunken bet. Too bad this idiot didn't have the imagination to write a book about it's perverse outcome.
