I really do not listen to her political views. As a singer and actress I like her. cannot say if i think she is phony since I do not care what she says about her beliefs.

Her nasal-y self-impressed, self-righteous self leads me to conclude that she is poster child for the Association of Limousine Liberals. I love the Kathy Griffin's imitation of Barbara when in the midst of people she ostensibly bleeds tears for.
