06/24/2006 | There's actually a story about Lincoln which relates to this. A political opponent once called the future President "two-faced", to which he quickly replied--"if I had two faces, would I be using this one?"
Unless of course, if the other face was even uglier!

06/20/2006 | Unique is about the best thing you can say about the way Lincoln looked. I don't think I've ever seen anyone who looked quite like him. I use to look at his photos in my father's Civil War books and found it difficult to imagine him walking around like an average person today.
