Good singer, but let's face it, he killed himself by attempting to hang himself into some monster orgasm. Not very bight, I'd say...especially when he could have any chick he wanted!

It's really sad that Michael died. He had a lot of talent. It seems like everybody dies. Well, that sounds dumb, of course everybody dies. But I mean it is sad when they die before they're time. He could have just hung himself when he was whacked out on drugs. Did he?

I am not putting the death of Michael on a lower status, by any means. I just want to state, that it seems no one gets any praise, or great accord until they are dead, and especially if it is a tragic death. I wonder if it is the fact that they died that gives them a sudden admiration for their talent, or if they truly are talented. I don't remember so much praise for this man, until after he died. I am sure that he was talented, and most of all his family and friends have suffered over his death, but there seems to be a problem of equating tragedy with talent.

This man was a dymanic front man for one of the best new wave and rock bands of the '80s and early '90s. I remember the day he died as vividly as the day Lennon was shot. And the fact that he died under "sleazy circumstances" has posthumously shamed him---it's okay to die of an overdose, but it's not okay to have an accident while attempting......(insert your term here). INXS without Michael Hutchence is like the Doors without Morrison.

Sorry. . .he was an okay frontman for a has-been band with hits-from-15-years-ago. . .nothing personal.

What makes this so sad is that his friends and bandmembers thought he was finally getting a handle on his depression.
