A moderate-conservative think-tank based in NYC. Said to have had a substantial influence on the administration of former mayor Rudy Giuliani and New York's revival in the 90s. The Manhattan Institute has a journal-a pretty good one by think tank standards-available at www.city-journal.org. This is probably the best of the think tanks on the right.
