I have used a lot of maid services over the years as a working mom. I have never had the satisfaction that I have had when I have used Cornerstone Cleaning. They are efficient and very po;ite but also for the first time I felt my house had been treated with the same care as I would treat it. Love your service. I will tell my friends.

Yeah you tip, especially if you are staying more than a day. If you are paying more than a 150-200 bucks a night, probably a five spot is in order. If less than that, two or three buck will do.

Having been a hotel maid for awhile between horsey jobs...believe me, its a terrible job! I always got tips from the people you hardly knew were there. We had a lot of oil riggers stay there and all we got from them were nasty rooms and occasionally a sense of humor. (the time the guys put a live fish in the bathtub was worth a chuckle). I always leave a tip in the room before checking out.

The standard is five bucks a day - especially in upscale hotels.

I think I've screwed up on this one. However, I usually party so much in Vegas that Im leaving with a tail between my legs. Happens every time.

You are a boor if you don't leave the cleaning crew at least a couple dollars on the last night of your stay in a motel or hotel (and that applies even if you are staying only one night).
