SuperAntispyware is good (above average)

NO ADWARE
I just tested NO ADWARE for the third time (what a scam) it scanned everything at a steady rate (tells me its not checking anything) it found "Explorer.exe" in my system32 folder and Regedit32.exe in same folder and claimed that they were traces or variants of the MYdoom Virus.

Well Let me tell you, neither file exists in my system32 and when i updated the definitions well would you believe it updated and claimed that the update was successful, which is impossible because not a single packet was downloaded to my computer and no traffic was indicated by my network monitors and firewalls. it is a very clever scam because it will shutdown and restart your machine to give the impression that it had done some work. However it does not damage your system or install any mallware.

BEST Antispyware is "Xoftspy" and "Pareto Logic antispyware" (Pareto Logic is parent to Xoftspy with active protection).

I always used Norton Internet Security. I ran a scan at least weekly, and it always found one threat. I downloaded and installed SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition (pre-release version 4.0). The first time I ran a scan, it found 358 threats.

i agree this is a great product, ive used it and avg antispyware off and on. both r great but they seem to always take turns out preforming the other. i think that this could eventually pull away and b the clear cut best ((dont trust avg)) since avg bought out ewido and think we'll see a trend in the quality of avg decrease over time while this keeps rising.

SUPERAnti Spyware does the job. Fixing and cleaning computer is what I do.
