He seems more terminally annoyed than actually angry. I have a few theories as to why this guy appears to be so perterbed all the time...
1. Trying to make the most of that botox injection by keeping his face in one position.
2. Was born without certain facial muscles.
3. Was born without a sense of humor.
4. Doesn't feel well due to his medical condition.
5. Needs to stop wearing that size 2 wool thong.
6. Has chronic indigestion.
7. Is smelling his own breath.
8. Needs to renew his Vicodin prescription but, keeps forgetting to call Limbaugh's doctor.
9. Can't decide which shoe has the doggie doo on it.
10. Still can't believe that the high point of his political destiny was to play second fiddle to George W. Bush.
