I believe this term is from the movie "Anchorman". It's pretty self-explanatory. Cut up some jeans, wear a puffy shirt with some cheesy jewelry, a bandana and an eye patch and your all set. The girls can get a little risk-ey, with some wripped up panties or whatever. It's a fun night, you can serve drinks out of goblets and put out some bowls of chocolate gold coins.
