SOME good movies but nasty, illogical customer service, and unfair lost dvds policy. If they say it wasn't received, they expect $30.00 USD each period. Whatever happens to dvds en route to and from Michigan is renters liability. Rep says they never have any problems at their end and everything is customer's responsibility. Ultimately can't trust them not to put bogus charges on my cc ...and just not worth the hassle.

I never received any DVDs. I waited five days at a time before getting an email response from customer service. Finally I was told to report them as lost (19 days after they "shipped"). Now I'm waiting to hear from them about the "lost" dvds. I will most likely cancel.

Takes WAAAY too long for stuff to arrive. Stuff evidently comes from either Canada to you or Canada to Michigan site and then to you. Had they advertised this, I would've avoided!

I've had nothing but problems from MaleDVD.net. They have many titles that are not available from other rental sites, but they are more expensive since it takes anywhere from 6 to 9 days to receive the discs (much longer than other companies). They are based in Canada, but mail from the US, so even though they say they ship on one day, it is postmarked the next. If they ship on a Friday, it really isn't mailed until the following Monday. Their policy for lost or damages discs is obscure. You report a disc as lost or damaged and you hear nothing back from them. Customer service is spotty. Occasionally they are very responsive, but usually I hear nothing.
