This is a song that kind of defines the spirit of the 90's. Of course I am a huge R.E.M. fan. I know most songs try to get ideas/feelings/emotions accross. Their songs have messages in them that are unique to this group. Whenever this song plays I turns up the volume.

I feel it still is a great tune. Peter Buck was playing a mandolin which is really not a top 10 kind of thing to do.
