Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! If I could have given them a zero star, I would have. Almost every piece of furniture delivered to our house was broken in some way. After being switched from Allied to Covan, Jason Christiansen threatened to keep our household goods once he had them on the truck unless we had cash of $13000 upon delivery. He told us days before that all the credit requirements had been fulfilled from my husband's company. However, once they have your things, they feel they can do whatever they want. We are still trying to figure out how we had someone else's box on our fully loaded truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! 7 months later we are still trying to get our goods repaired and the insurance company to pay for broken pieces.
