Pathetic builder.
Expect long delays, for me I had a committment from them that they will handover the apartment in March 2006. They even advertised in the news paper that they are going show the world how to complete project on time.
The after customer service is worst. You have call or send emails numerous times before you can speak to the right person.
On quality front they will promise something and not deliver and provide reasons such as "architectural issues". My question is where were their architects when they designed the whole thing?
