Pretty much the best 90s show of them all. What could improve on the ultimate pairing: a blundering, orange soda-obsessed buffoon and the scheming fat guy? Add to this some stereotypical black dialogue and you have a recipe for success. The early episodes where Kel was obsessed with ham as opposed to orange soda were possibly even better than the later stuff, though...
