I have had my teeth whitened and I LOVE the outcome. I don't really like my smile much, its kind of snicker because it is kind of crooked, however I do feel more confident now when I smile knowing that I have white teeth. I definitely suggest it! The only downside is the price (when professionally done) and the little discomfort you feel (thank God for Sensodyne) but I think it is really worth it.

I Zoomed my teeth. Oh, boy. I was in so much pain that Ibuprophen felt like a candy. In my case, it wa an awful experiment, but my teeth are naturally sensitive. If you don't have sensitive teeth - give it a try, but if you do - don't do it!

Laser whitening is a quick fix. It gives you immediate results but does NOT last. It usually needs to be redone every six months and cost runs in the thousands.

Suggestion: Get Crest Whitestrips. They work wonderfully and it only needs to be done annually, at the most.
