Atlantic Coast (ACC) 5

As a Tar Heel, I'm compelled to go with five stars on principle; however, the high rating is objectively justified as well. Perhaps I'm missing one, but I can't think of another basketball conference with two major perennial powers (i.e. North Carolina and Duke) as well as a substantial number of schools that one almost always takes seriously when they appear on the schedule (e.g. Maryland and Virginia). The bottom line is that the ACC has history, respect (academically and athletically), and consistent competitiveness every year, and what other measure is there?
