10/17/2007 | I have a flat in Akme Ballet. A couple of issues (1)They collected the money for the clubhouse, but are not providing one (2) In spite of clear instructions from the Govt, they are collecting Service Charge/Tax, and not willing to refund the same (3) None of their marketing/sales team gives a clear idea about when we can move into the apartment
