A cool tune that I remember singing drunk on the Wildwood boardwalk with a bimbo I picked up at 5:30 am in June of 1987.

"Heart And Soul" is one of those fun classic 1980's songs. Most everyone can recognize the single from that generation, but I am not sure if anyone else would as a general rule. There is nothing particularly special about the tune, but for some reason it remains memorable and catches the feel of those Big 80's years. As further evidence that "Heart And Soul" is a good, but not a great song of the day is the total lack of covers by any artist of note, though perhaps this will change in the future. The song spent 16 weeks on the U.S. charts in 1987, peaking at #4. (For those wondering, T'Pau was named after a Vulcan in "Star Trek".)
