No. For most of us, one picture is too many.

Stop the 'my-spacing' of this place. . .stop trying to follow every little fad. . .it won't work. . .

I agree with both Kamylienne and Numbah. Anything that would make RIA more like MySpace is a bad idea. RIA has always been about the exchange of ideas and opinions. Please let's keep the emphasis on that aspect of the site.

Something for the visual folks and not a bad idea since, it would be an option and not a requirement. I doubt everyone would use it - I mean, you can't even get some people to post an avatar let alone a photo spread. In my case, I would probably just post a bunch of pictures of my dogs until everyone was ready to string me up. I definately would NOT be putting up photos of myself though.

The prior reviewers seem to concur with my initial thoughts on this suggestions, in short that multiple photos are not necessary and could potentially degrade the site. RIA is not a dating site, and, no, that isn't my real picture on my profile (at least not anymore).

Go on myspace for that...

While I can see where this would draw new reviewers, I don't know if it will add to the quality of the site so much as the popularity. This isn't a beauty contest; I'd prefer it if people based their opinions about my thoughts on my words, not on my face.

I agree with Magellan on this one. I think the idea of more photos would be neat but it also would take away from the reason we are here...also it would add clutter to our pages.

One of the most addictive things about MySpace is to look at all the photos - I think it would be neat for RIA to allow more photos, but I think it's also important for RIA's focus to remain on the ideas, and not the photos. One of the (many) ways that RIA is different from MySpace is that your rep here is based on what you know / write, and not so much what you look like. I think it's important to keep it that way.
