Personally, for me it's useless. I read a review and try to extract something useful from it. Some picture won't change my opinion or give me a second thought.

I know that it has that "MySpace" appeal, so I see why this would be a list item. But, I know I'm in the minority in this, but I really do think there's such a thing as TOO MANY pics. Overload=not good.

Since there currently is no description for this item, I assume that the suggestion is to embed a member's picture in their testimonials for a visual aid as to whom is making it. I see this as an added bonus but not a pressing improvement. If we are to make this change, why not add pics to reviews as well?

There would be no real practical application for this, but it's kind of fun on MySpace... I don't see why it wouldn't be fun on RIA as well.

This would be kind of neat but may add clutter. You already can link to the persons page that wrote it.
