There actually IS a referral bonus already. If you invite friends using the "Invite Friends" link on RateItAll, your ads (through Google Adsense) show up 10% of the time on pages that they contribute (weblists and new listing suggestions).

I am not sure how it would be implemented, but I think it would be good incentive.
