I would like to be able to say why I rate a list good or bad. I think it's a good idea. That way, everybody would know what's good and bad about the list acording to the way most people think.

Seems like overkill to me. There are other ways to give feedback to the reviewer on the list - I'd prefer this to stay as a quick thumbs up / thumbs down kind of indicator.

I wouldn't mind displaying where the ratings were coming from however... that transparency thing again.

I'd like to be able to say what I think about the general content of a weblist. Some of these lists are funny as hell!

If memory serves from when I first discovered this site, we did not originally have the ability to rate a list overall. Whether or not I'm remembering correctly, we have that option presently; however, for some reason the ability to include a comment wasn't included. It would seem to me that this enhancement would not only be relatively quick and easy but would also give others the opportunity to make suggestions and provide overall impressions of the subject matter. These two factors result in my 5-star rating.
