A Small Builder trying to be big at the expense of the customers who are putting their Money.
- Trust is the last thing you should do.
- Big Promises, No delivery.
- Projects look good on brochures, In reality, the projects are incomplete. If you get your flat, that's it. Don't expect any of the amenities (including the basic ones), Since the "Civil" construction is done.
- Customers are on the loosing side, because of the mis-management at ND office.
- Clue-less lower staff, confused marketing-staff, lier middle-management, Money minded Boss.
- At the end, you'll get your flat When the builder thinks it's time to do some work. Amenities, may be.
Stay Away.
