It carries a $200.00 fine if caught. Otherwise, pick it up yourself, follow the perpetrator to his home and make sure you put it right in his/her door.

If I catch someone leaving their dogs poo on my property I'll rub THEIR nose in it.Rover doesn't know better,but next time THEY will.
