Cumulative Item Rating Display

When a reviewer has rated an item, the reviewer's rating replaces the cumulative rating of the item in the display. The cumulative rating of the item should always display on the right hand side.

On my web page, there is no information posted, no reviews, no tracking of others that have reviewed what I have contributed. It is really defeating it's purpose, since RIA runs totally on what others are rating about current matters, politics, products, advertisments, all sorts of things.
