Illy or not Illy (at least a dozen Italian trademarks equal it, plus worldwide BEST BLENDS come 1st): what matters is: 1) a well cleaned&maintained Expresso machine, only a handful bars got it worldwide: it's so simple, but they'r IGNORANT (u must clean with salt ev'ry month); 2) the classic MOKA: 3) if u like it light, the NEAPOLITAN machine. ALL DE REST is SHIT

Best espresso out there. Worth the premium price. Unlike Starburnts, it's a rich brown colour, like it should be.
