More plain than ugly. Which I guess you could say about her "music" as well.

I'll admit when I was about 13 I had a semi-crush on Celine Dion and was sort of pissed when she married that old guy.

It doesn't matter if she is beautiful or not because her voice is her power and it is really strong.

I won't say anything about her looks because I don't think it's right to make fun of people, but one thing I'll say on the positive side, she is very talented and has a powerful voice.

1/10 and her voice would of scared people off that boat quicker then they sunk.....0/10 for voice.

I strongly disagree. Celine is not ugly at all. She is not a classic beauty or hot mama, but she is normal looking lady. There are much worse looking people out there.

Though she obviously can't help it and most assuredly has a literal army of makeup artists to help, Celine Dion is and remains downright ugly, clear evidence that a songbird's voice can't hide a horse's face.
