Practical Car & Van Rental UK 1

I book my reservation with the company through Travelocity's booking site, because they have a very attractive price for one week rental.

Big mistakes!!!

Firstly, I paid four pounds to be taken to their rental office from LHR airport ( the National, Hertz or other car rental companies do not charge their customer for the pickup service from the airport to their car rental offices ).

Secondly, I had to pay much more than the price that the company has listed on Travelocity's website. Though I have my insurance coverage from my visa card company and I brought the document to prove it, they still charged me various additional insurances and fees. ( How sneaky!, they konw that by the time you get to their office, you will be restrained with no other alternative)
I will not deal with this company again.
