LOL, can you actually yell softly. Anyway, it's is definitely annoying, especially when there is no reason for it.

Another thing I have to deal with time to time.  We get these kids in the library and they yell across the library to talk to one another.  Gets very annoying.  It can be annoying everywhere though too.

Yelling really can be annoying, but if someone is hard of hearing and doesn't have a hearing aid, you may have to speak a little louder to them.
