Another obvious all-time choice, not just with the O's but in baseball history. Possibly the best defensive third baseman of all-time, and I would put him third best over-all at the position with only Schmidt and Brett ahead of him because of their superior batting. A deserved legend in Baltimore, and one of the gentlemen of the game.

Obvious 5 star choice, he played with them for over 20 years, made the Hall of Fame, was a part of many postseason clubs, was an amazing fielder and while not exactly a monster hitter at third like Schmidt, Brett, Eddie Matthews, etc, he had power and had some years with good averages. A legend in Baltimore.

15 time All Star, 16 consecutive Gold Gloves, and an MVP award over his 23 years with the Orioles. Its amazing that a player in any era plays that long, especially at such a high level. But to do it with one team is special. His number is rightly retired and he is deservedly in the HOF. Has to be considered one of the top third baseman in baseball history.
