Tejada's career with the Orioles is over following his offseason trade to the Astros. He didn't end on a great note in 2007, and many O's fans are happy to see him go. Some people see him as a "me first" type of player, but I'll remember him as one of the few bright spots in an otherwise forgetable era for the Orioles.
2/22/2007 - If his career ended now I think most people would remember him for his time with the A's, including his MVP season. However, he is still a great Oriole. He has only great years since coming to Baltimore, and he is the best player and biggest personality on the team. He would really cement himself as a great player if he helps lead the Orioles back to prominence, but a large part of that is based on how much the Orioles management wants to field a winning team.
