Chris Ray 3

Chris Ray is a promising young reliever, who has had a great start to his young career as Baltimore's closer. Unfortunately he missed most of last season and will probably miss most of 2008 with a serious arm injury. Depending on how he returns from injury, he has a chance to either fall or rise a spot in my assessment. For now he appears to be a pretty solid Oriole with hopefully a great future.
