Blair never hit .300 or hit even 80 RBI, but 13 years and 4 World Series appearances will make the fans love you. He was amazing in CF, and his 8 Gold Gloves back that up.

His defense in center was legendary, an adequate hitter with some power. I didn't catch him in his prime in the late 60's, by the time I started following the game in the late 70's, Blair was a seldom used spare part with The Yankees and briefly the Reds, and Blair was apparently never the same after a beaning around 1970. The majority of his career was spent with the Orioles, including their best period in the late 60's and early 70's.
