You've got to give this guy more than one year before you turn on him. He will lead us back to glory with the incredible recruiting job he is doing. I mean our new kicker alone should win us an extra 3 or 4 games. Let's just face the facts: 1) Callahan is one of the greatest recruiting coaches of all time 2) Callahan's west coast offense is just what Nebraska needs to become a well-balanced winning program 3) Spring game. I mean Zac Taylor was insane Despite a rough outing last year, I have full faith that Callahan will lead Nebraska to not only a Big 12 North title, but also Big 12 titles, BCS bowls, and... oh yeah... back-to-back-to-back National Championships. Jury isnt out on Callahan just yet. Nebraska was awful this year , the transition year where they learn a new offense and try to make it work with the other guy's players. Nebraska can be bad, but the were really bad this season, losing is one thing, but being embarassed is a lot diferent for this proud program. Callahan is gonna have to to be cut some ( a little) slack for Year One, but that's it. He better start showing some signs of improvement and get some wins or he will be fired ASAP.
