08/17/2006 | Nah.First of all,you have two separate categories in New York.Upstate:Flying around blind curves on twisty hilly roads in a rusty pickup with no tailgate. And "Manhattan":Deftly manouvering through pedestrians,vendors,poodle walking Grand Dames,cops on horseback,bicycle messengers,mad taxi drivers and homeless alkies while dialing a cellphone and eating lunch.
