If Conservative = Ruby, then yes. If Conservative = GoneAway, then no. ** Just a clarification - I'm not trying to pick on GA personally here. To me, conservatism runs the gamut from libertarianism to the religious right. I see Ruby as the most articulate champion of the libertarian branch of the conservative party on ria, and GA as the most outspoken champion of the religious right branch on ria. I almsot always agree with Ruby, and virtually never agree with GA.

A thinking conservative, no problem. The knee jerk, non-thinking bonehead variety are no better than their liberal opposite numbers. And the extremists, in either camp, are disgusting, dangerous or boring.
