Many people thought Osbourne was finished after getting the boot from Sabbath. Despite being drugged out, Osbourne made a smart move when he hired young guitarist Randy Rhoads (who started with Quiet Riot before they had a major record label deal). Throw in the songwriting skills of Bob Daisley (also a solid bassist) and you ended up with one of the great metal albums of the 80's. Osbourne is in fine voice and stuff like I Don't Know, Crazy Train,and Goodbye to Romance still remain Ozzy's finest moments.

I think Ozzy's first two solo albums are excellent and then it starts going downhill. This is a great album with great guitar work.
