Rodrigo Lopez 3

Rodrigo Lopez was 60-58 for the Orioles over five seasons. He was inconsistent over his Orioles career, but did have a year with 14 wins and two with 15. Erik Bedard in 2007 was the only Orioles pitcher with at least 14 wins since Mike Mussina left after the 2000 season. So while Lopez's overall numbers aren't great, he was the best the Orioles had during his tenure. I'd rate him a 2.5, because the Orioles of his time were teams to forget. I'll rate him up though because he was a good competitor and did provide some glimmers of hope during some bad times.
