The Flyers are a disaster, the Sixers are treading water, Nova is rebuilding - all we can do is wait for the Phils to come around I guess.

The Eagles seem to be the only team in the NFC East that didn't improve themselves, unless you believe in addition by subtraction with Tyrell Owens. I don't think they have all the weapons they need to get things done, and they aren't as dominant as they need to be on defense. However, a good week 1 performance, and being the only team in the NFC East to win in week 1 is a promising start.
