We've tried a few pet insurance services and this one is by far the best. We are promptly reimbursed and they have plans that not only cover accident/illness but also routine care. The people are friendly when you call and you can always get a live person. I recommend it to my friends and none have ever had a problem.

This company is a joke. They take your money for premiums but pay very little on your claims. We believed the testimonials but they sure aren't accurate. Our vet talked to the company didn't do any good. Would not recommend them at all.
