Poor Isiah. The powers that be have left him with an overpaid, underachieving team. He has been set up to fail.

He would have a lot to complain about if he hadn't actually been the one making the personnel decisions.

My sense is that it will take the Knicks 3-5 years to dig out from the mess that Isiah has made. I'd be surprised if he makes it to the All-Star break.
