Carne asada burritos are probably the most popular type. They're pretty hard to beat, when made right. I like mine all meat with chopped onion, tomatoes, cilantro and salsa. Great street food.

Should you ever find yourself in Oceanside, California, in the shadow of Camp Pendelton, seek out Colima's. They have the best carne asada burrito I've tasted. Yes, carne asada is my favorite.
