Excellent service for the price. Cut my long distant bill by 75%. I call Florida a lot. Had my sister sign up, she had a little problem getting long distant service set up. took a day to fix. OK, my neighbor with MCI had NO service for two days. Which would you prefer?

Friendly Customer service very helpful in every field and answered all my questions. I wouldnt waste time going to MCI or AT&T. I feel part of the IDT family. Sales agent Jonathan Katz was extremely helpful and I recommend him highly to anyone who want to know about IDT or sign up with them! Keep up the good work! Cheap rates all the way.

The rates are the best you will find but customer service is horrendous. PRAY that you never have to deal with customer service. They cut my long distance off for $7.50 and it took almost an hour to pay with my credit card. THEN it took 24 hours to get my long distance turned back on. Unbelievable!
