BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH KOHL'S. WE HAVE AN APARTMENT IN ANOTHER TOWN. KOHL'S CHANGED MY ADDRESS TO THE APARTMENT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN I USED MY CHARGE CARD AND MY HUSBAND HAPPENED TO GET THE BILL AT THE APARTMENT WHEN HE WAS THERE. I CALLED ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CAN DO THIS BECAUSE IT IS IN THEIR "TERMS AND AGREEMENT" FOR THE CREDIT CARD. OF COURSE, WITH ALL THE LEGALESE, ONE WOULD NEVER REALIZE THAT BECAUSE THEY CAN USE THIRD PARTY INFORMATION, THAT THIS AUTHORIZES THEM TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I WAS TOLD THEY GATHER INFORMATION FROM A NUMBER OF "MARKETING SOURCES" AND MAKE THIS DETERMINATION BASED ON THE INFORMATION THEY RECEIVE. THIS COMPANY COULD EASILY HAVE KILLED MY HIGH CREDIT SCORE. I CHECKED ALL MY OTHER CARD COMPANIES AND NO ONE ELSE INDICATED THEY WOULD EVER CHANGE MY ADDRESS WITHOUT A PHONE CALL FROM ME. BUT LEAVE IT TO KOHL'S. THEY KNOW THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER THAN WE KNOW OURSELVES.

I think it is funny all of the employees that write about how horrible it is to work there. That their work goes unnoticed and the only way to get anywhere is to get credit applications. Honestly, it's not true. I worked at Kohl's for about 8 months. In that 8 months I got ONE Kohl's Charge application, and that's only because when I was backing up at the registers someone came up to me with it already filled out. About 1 year after I quit, I came back for seasonal and they were more than happy to take me back. I stayed after the season and a month later I was promoted to lead. STILL have never convinced anyone to open a Kohl's Charge. I know that customers can be ridiculously rude, but if you just take it with a smile, things wouldn't be so bad! Who cares!? Haven't you ever heard of Karma?

Great customer service.
On the last day of one of their big sales I at the cashier's at closing time and discovered that the item I wanted to buy had no tag. He graciously waited while a similar item was found. Then I realized I had just purchased the wrong size comforter. Even though it was now past closing, I was the only customer left in the store and they had to keep the store, register, and manager there just for me, someone went and got the appropriate comforter and they did the exchange right there. And all of this was done with a smile. Very pleasant experience.

I had to return an item I bought at Kohls. No fault of Kohls, but the item kept breaking down. So, I retuned it not once, not twice, but three times! Each and every time I returned it I was met by a smiling face at the customer service counter. No questions asked, no BS, they simply said, "just go get yourself a new one and bring it back to this counter." I did that and they gave me a new item- each and very time (three times). I love Kohls! In my experience they have the best return policy of ANY store I have ever been to, including Wal-Mart. In fact today they didn't even ask me "can I see your reciept. Can I check the date of purchase, etc, ect. They are great!

Haha. I love all these people who hate working at Kohl's. I work with these morons who do nothing but complain and try to bring everyone down to their level. They wanted you to work a weekend? OHMYGOD. You have to clean up after customers? GASP. You do nothing but whine all day and they still haven't promoted you? STOP THE PRESSES.

It's called retail, folks. If you're at the bottom, there's a reason for it.

To the customers who have had issues shopping there; I do feel for you. I've been apart of several situations where I wasn't able to please a customer, or involved in a mistake that led to wasting a customers time. Believe me, we don't like when that happens. Nor do we enjoy forcing Kohl's charge cards down your throats, but Visa and Mastercard charge an arm and a leg to use their cards. That's why we add so many benefits to using a Kohl's Charge.

Trust me, there are some truly helpful people in various Kohl's locations. If you find us out there, you will not leave unsatisfied. There are a few bad apples any where you go, and for that, I will apologize.

Love Kohls, I love to shop when they do their price changes before the next season kicks in, I buy my kids' summer/winter clothes in advance for the next year, who can beat Oshkosh kids jeans for $4-7 and shirts for $2-4, and that's before my kohls card discount.

I just returned from shopping at the Franklin, TN Kohl's location (300 Spring Creek Dr, Franklin, TN 37067). I was very excited to see so many great sales over the Tax-Free Weekend and quickly found several hundred dollar's worth of merchandise.

I ran my MasterCard through to check out and the cashier was puzzled when the computer prompted him for a merchant number (this told us he must've been brand new). We waited patiently while he called the manager, Vicki Faulk, over to assist. She handed him the merchant number and he passed it along to the operator on the phone. We waited again while he whispered to Vicki that the merchant number was incorrect.

Vicki said she was going to find another number and disappeared. Meanwhile, I decide to be proactive and call my credit card company. I find out that I have a $13,000 available credit and there are no holds on my account. I communicate this to the cashier this and continue to wait. THIRTY minutes pass by and there are now several families behind us waiting in line.

The cashier gives up and tells me that this merchant number should've worked and I would just have to come back later with an alternate form of payment.

What happened to the customer always being right? We clearly heard him say the merchant number they had on file was incorrect and there were no efforts to fix that problem. Instead, the easy solution was to blame and embarrass the customer... which they did, and after close to an hour of total shopping and waiting time, I walked out empty-handed.

I understand this will be a busy shopping weekend for Kohl's, but before outfitting Vicki Faulk and her staff with the responsibility of handling large crowds, perhaps they should have budgeted a little extra for some classes in Customer Service 101. Good sales or not, my trip to Kohl's was an enormous waste of time and I will not be back.

Terrible

I boutght a citizen watch that I wore just for 2 days and I saw some vapor into it...I remember I saw this problem when I came out of AC to bright sun. I went to see the kohls store from where I bought this watch. They were even not bothered to look at the watch's rating for water resistance, they just were trying how not to help me. They said the box I brought was for Men's watch. Thats ok but who is faulty? I bought it from there and they didn't give me a proper box or warranty....and now when I have problem after using it just for two days they are finding fault rather than helping the customer.

I am a frequent shopper in kohls but I hardly returned any thing. This was the first time...and I had a horrible experience. I am closing my KOhls charge a/c now

My wife and I had a horrible experience at the Kohl's store in Desert Ridge mall in Phoenix AZ this past Friday 7/10/09. We went there to buy several items for our new house and had a 15% coupon we received in the mail to use. Upon going to the cashier, we gave that coupon card and also said we wanted to open a Kohl's acct to get the extra 15% discount on top of the coupon (NOTE: there's nothing in the coupon that states it cannot bec ombined with other discounts). The cashier went and setup our Kohl's acct. After setting it up, he then tells us we can't combine the coupon with credit card discount. This is after the fact that we gave him the coupon and mentioned our intentions. We then said we didn't want the Kohl's card anymore since it's no use to us. Apparently, they can't cancel it from there. I asked for the supervisor and she said she can give us a toll-free number to call or go to the back customer service to have the acct cancelled. We went to the customer service area and there they said they couldn't cancel the acct. I asked the same supervisor this and she changed her story now and stated that she meant I can go to the customer service to use their internal phone to call the toll-free number but that they can't locally do anything with the account (although they have no problems creating one - go figure). At this point we were furious and stormed out the store after returning the items we bought. In the car, we called the toll-free number to cancel the acct and they said they couldn't do it that day and to call back tomorrow. We said hell no and asked to speak to a supervisor as this was not acceptable. The rep said there's no point in speaking to the supervisor as he/she will say the same thing. Nevertheless, we said we still wanted to. After waiting for 30 minutes, the agent said that they could actually cancel it at the store that we opened the acct with. He conferenced us in with someone at the store and they were able to cancel the acct FINALLY. All in all, I must say the people at the Desert Ridge store are a bunch of liars and would take advantage of you in a sec. It's either that or they have no idea what they are doing there. For a company that supposedly is very customer service oriented, I think they can't tell the difference between heads and tails. I'll never shop there again. It's a waste of time! BEWARE!

I'm a teenager and I shop at Kohl's frequently - usually for things around $10 to $20 such as a pair of jeans or a t-shirt. I don't even look at items more than that. I shopped online once because there was a really great deal ($50 w. $10 Kohl's cash, 30% off, and free shipping). I had to go to the post office to pick up my items. I didn't really mind (well, many people will) since I pass by it on my way to school.

The only time my family will purchase something from Kohl's that is $20+ is like when they have "Lowest Prices of the Season" and perhaps a 15% off coupon plue $10 Kohl's Cash. But still~~~the most times we shopped is like 2 times a season (8X a year) which is very infrequent compare to 24X a year for Macy's (my parent's favorite store, don't know why).

If you are a teenager or 1st grader like my sister, I would suggest you to go shopping there. Not exactly for the $40 Candie or Abbey Dawn jacket, but definitely for the $13- SO skinny jeans. I recently purchased a $10 Self Esteem® Ribbed Tank Set with $10 Kohl's Cash and I find it a great deal because compare to the 2 pairs of flip-flops I got at Payless, I find them even.

P.S. If you are size 0 or maybe 1 and 3, try shopping at size 12/14/16 at the Kids section for items such as a pair of white no design shorts or jean shorts. I got both and save approx. $6 ($10 each in Kids and $13+ in Juniors) with the same brand. Don't expect the items to last for like five years because even you will be tired of it. The longest lasting Kohl's item in my family is a dress I got over 3 years ago which is now trimmed and "edited" for my sister.

I gave it a 4 star rating because I didn't have many experience with Kohls.com (though I use it as a shopping guide before I go to the store) and I rarely ask for help. There are just so many options to shop in NYC that when you don't find something that satisfies you in one store, go to the next one!

Okay first of all I've worked a kohl's in massachusetts twice. I left the first time because I had a better paying job with benefits. Then they laid me off. So I got a job in the teamsters union and love it I get a voice in my workplace and great benefits and well taken care of. But that job is part time so I started back up at Kohl's again until I go full time. I was hoping things would be a little better from the last time I worked there, but it was only worse. So a few friends of mine came to me and asked me to try and get a union in there for them. I've been getting people to sign up for it. And now Kohl's took me and a few other people completely off the schedule and said they don't have hours for the week. But everyone else is getting 25 to 35 hours a week. The Woburn store tried to go union but everyone got scared, which I still don't understand why...

The quality in this store has declined tremendously and sadly I refuse to buy another piece of clothing in this store. I had bought two pairs of pants in 9/07 and the hem came out after of both pants after two or three washings. I wrote it off as a bad brand Apt. 9 and bought a suit from another designer at the store. Again the same type of problems only this time the buttons are falling off the pants and jacket. Not to mention I saw an identical suit jacket in Walmart for 1/4 of the price. My guess is they are using the same place to make both brands and trying to sell Walmart quality goods for Macy's prices.

Rediculously expensive merchandise. 120 bucks for a pillow? Come on. I also worked there, and employees were told that if they couldn't get people to sign up for charge cards, they wouldn't get hours. This is really unfair considering that depending on what shift people worked, they wouldn't see as much traffic in the store as others on different shifts would, and therefore wouldn't be able to have as many card applications (if any) as others would. It was an unfair system of choosing who gets hours.

I enjoy shopping at Kohl's, but HATE working there. I have worked at two different Kohl's locations in two states. They treat the employees horribly. The hours are horrible (they demand your nights and weekends), you'll end up being scheduled for the times when you aren't available. Plus, the job is just plain boring. You clean up after sloppy customers. Yay. They also have this annoying emphasis on getting Kohl's charge cards. I believe the managers make out well, while we annoy people by soliciting them for a kohl's charge. It's a horrible job that pays very, very little. I say avoid it at all costs. The extra 15 percent discount is NOT worth it. Run away.

I work from home 12 to 14 hours a day so when my husband asked me to get him more t-shirts like those he received as a gift from a friend who purchased them from Kohls, I went on line to purchase more. I placed my order on 8/26 but they didn't ship until 8/30. They sent me the UPS tracking number and finally on 9/08/2008 it was updated to display the package was delivered on 9/06/2008. Naturally, I notified Kohl that the package was not delivered to my home so where could it be. Kristin from Kohls Customer Support explained that the order is shipped to the local post office and that I could pick up the package there. Naturally, if I'm going to pick it up at the post office I could have gone to the store to buy them and not have to pay for shipping. I demanded that I receive a refund but was asked to wait 7 to 10 days to see if the package would be delivered by the post office. On 9/10/2008, when the package still had not been delivered, Sarah from the Kohl's Customer Support told me that I needed to wait until 9/12/2008 before they could process a refund. On September 13th, the package still not delivered, Jennifer from Kohl's Customer Support told me they were processing a refund I should recieve in 14 to 30 DAYS. Here it is 10/15/2008 ad still no refund, and no package by the way. Tracey from Kohls Customer Support promised me today that the refund will be proces today and I should get it in ....14 to 30 DAYS!!! Don't buy online, Don't even buy at Kohls. I took time off and went to the mall and got my husbands t-shirts at another store.

I always shop at Kohl's when they have good sales, which is frequent.  They have a good selection of merchandise at various price points, including many brand names plus their own labels.  Their sale prices often are lower than T.J.Maxx, Marshall's, and Ross.

I went to Kohl's today for the first time to buy some basic, classic mens clothing and I'm impressed with want I found and the value. I bought a pair a dark green Haggar corduroy pants, a Chaps (Ralph Lauren) herringbone textured white dress shirt, a pair of flat front dark brown Dockers, and a pair of polished rich dark tan Axist khakis. Each item averaged about 30 dollars - the cost of an average pair of jeans. The herringbone dress shirt was only 25 dollars and the fabric is of substantial weight. Everything I bought is pretty slick and affordable.

Kohl's may be a nice place to shop but as for employment, stay away. The only good thing is that you have a flexible schedule. Even with that, they still schedule you hours that you tell them EVERY DAY that you can't work. They do not care about the employees at all. Just money. Horrible pay and bennefits. You start out being told that you will autimatically get vacation time but you don't until after a year. Horrible communication. If you have to call in, the word never gets passed and you get written up for a no call no show. You can be the best worker yet if you don't harrass all the customers to open a Kohl's charge, your hard work doesn't matter. It even counts off in your annual review if you don't get people to open charges. PATHETIC!

I thought I was getting a super deal on gold hoop earrings with small dimonds. List price $360. At 60% off plus in-store 15% discount I walked away very excited to show off my beautiful purchase and great deal. In the car, I combed a brush through my hair, it caught on the earring, riped it out of my ear. No problem - that's happened to all of us. However, I looked at the earring and the hoop had bent in half. The 14k gold was SO thin. Supposedly valued at $360 -- I am no fool to think at 60% Kohls is still getting a big profit. But that's ridiculous. Look twice at the quality of fine jewelry at Kohls.

Well, I am so sorry there are so many people out there who are disgusted with Kohl's;however, I have never worked there or applied for a job there. So count me as a satisfied customer. They're down the street from me, so I'm not using a lot of gas running out to the mall.  Their clothes are of good quality, and I have had no problem with Customer Service. They never give me any hassle about returns. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they don't really have salespeople to assist you. You're on your own, and it's almost impossible to get someone to help you.

-1 is what I would rate Kohl's. My daughter set up a Kohl's wedding registry. One of our 152 guests purchased $300 worth of Vera Wang bedding. Kohl's never sent the comforter, nor would Kohl's manager tell my daughter who actually purchased it. They do not track who purchases items, she was told. And they cannot tell if it was ever sent out either. It appears the only thing Kohl's is good at doing is accepting payment.
Do not set up a Kohl's wedding registry if you wish to receive your wedding gifts.

I shop Kohl's all of the time both locally and online. I have never had any problems with my online orders and when they have the extra 30% off promotion, if you don't get the 30% off in the mail, you can usually go to www.edealinfo.com and get the online code as well as a code for free shipping (Kohl's lets you enter 2 codes at checkout). I have NEVER had any troubles with my returns.

With my 30% off, I have received good deals on jewelry, shoes, and a vacuum...although I am not a huge fan of their clothing/quality, there are bargains to be found if you are willing to look.

The actual store can be messy at times especially in the women's and junior's clothing dept and dressing rooms. The only rudeness I have experienced (at the Winchester, Va store) was in the younger girls section...on 2 separate ocassions, the woman working in that dept was mad about people dropping items and the fact that she had to put them back on the racks. Grumbling and complaining...I think that she either needed a vacation or a NEW JOB. Oh well...

I received an order confirmation from 4, guess whom didnt send one. I received a shipping confirmation from 4 stores, guess whom didnt send one. There are a bunch of dead links on their website. There webmaster should be fired. In a time when business is so bad; they really are running existing customers away. I will not buy from them again.

Like the others, I would stay away from Kohls.com. It takes very long to ship a product, and in my situation the product never came. But what the real issue is Customer Service, it has much to leave desired. Maybe that's why when you call them, they request you to stay on the line after the call to complete a survey on your experience. I stayed on the line so that i could comment on the dismal customer service, but even that survey did not automate. It shouldn't take this long and this much energy to purchase an article of clothing. You are better off going to a brick-and-mortar store, as you'll end up saving more time than buying online.

I just ordered one shirt online and waiting to see what kind of luck I have. after reading some posts on their horrible luck online I am a bit nervous. Hope I have good luck. going to the actual  stores have been okay so far.

I've never had a problem at our local Kohls store but DO NOT attempt to buy anything from kohls.com.
The instant your order is placed it is non-cancellable. They will delay the shipping of your order for weeks and if you call customer service they dont even seem human. No effort on their part at all to try to help a customer. Just stick to the script, is their only goal.

Kohl's 1

I have a been kohl's customer for 2 years and have not had many problems, until today. I went into the store(Flowood,MS) to purchase blue jeans that were on sale. It was my birthday so I was planning to spend some money I had been given. As I was looking for my size, an employee walking by said to her coworker, very loudly, that she had just arranged those jeans. I was not being destructive or anything so I did not think she was talking about me. I went into the dressing room with three pairs of jeans. I had one pair that did not fit that I was putting on the dressing room items rack. The same employee who made the comment, walked up to me and said very rudely, "You can give them to me, ma'am." I handed them to her, not saying anything, and she walked away. I went back to look on another rack and I heard her mumbling obscene words. I got upset when I saw her slamming the jeans down on the shelf. I was very upset by this time and did not know how to handle the situation. I threw the jeans I had on the floor and I left. I know I was not very mature, but could not believe someone could be so rude. I will not shop at the store or Kohls.com again. The clothing I have bought htere has never been of very good quality, but the prices are good. The low prices are not worth dealing with a rude employee.

In a nutshell, as another poster indicated, Kohls sticks an 'original' price on an item higher than the msrp, and then puts it on sale, making cutomers believe they are getting a deal.  If it hasn't hit the 70% or higher sale rack, it's no bargain.

I won't shop there again, and here is why:

Electric can openers were $13 at Target but I checked Kohls for a nicer one.  Cuisinart, orig. $60 on sale for $50.  High, I thought, but all metal, parts not apt to break like plastic parts on $13 can opener.  Waiting in long line with three cashiers.  One customer leaves cash register to run to back of store for more items, cashier is stuck.  Sales lady comes over and says cashiers at other side of store have no lines.  Some of us leave, to find only one cashier and a long line.  Left can opener on shelf and departed.  Found can opener on Internet, msrp $50, not $60 Kohls original price.  Found a review on can opener, user said it broke three months after purchase.

Ready to shred my Kohls charge card and close the account.

I love the value of Kohl's and have never had any issues with quality but my order is usually messed up in some way. I ordered a plush purple bathrobe with colored flowers - really cute in the picture. I got a purple bathrobe with white hearts instead. It was actually a slightly better quality bathrobe on sale for $17.00 (originally $50.) and I liked it better so I kept it. I ordered a deep purple bathrobe for myself but I received one in pink. My husband's bathrobe came with polar bears on it - good sport that he is, he is wearing it. The sales are so good and these bathrobes are of great quality, so we kept them. I just ordered a set of pots/pans that looked grey in the picture. After I checked out it confirmed they were champagne. Even though I called one minute later to cancel, it was too late. Moral of my story is, you may not get what you think you ordered. The colors on the website are almost always off. Having said that, we all love our bathrobes, the merchandise is always delivered on time, and the value and quality are great. I can't find these kinds of deals and quality elsewhere, so I live with it.

Kohls.com website and customer service sucks. They manage to screw up your order and you must suffer for it. Customer Service??? Yeah, right...does not exist.

Kohl's.com is a disaster!!! I ordered online on 11/26. On Dec 5 or 6 I talked with customer service and was told the order would ship that day or the next. On 12/10 I got an email that says the order has been canceled since they don't have stock. I spent 45 minutes on hold with customer service before talking with someone, then another 10 minutes while they determined that they would try to send me a refund in 10-15 business days. STAY AWAY FROM KOHLS.COM!!!

Poor quality. Clothes fall apart after washing. Sizes are off. Designs are cut wrong. No good deals. Just scams. The store is a front for a real department store. I rather shop at Walmart!

An On line DISASTER! I'm in Ohio. On 11/7 I ordered two coats, one tan and one silver, that were to be gift wrapped and delivered to Louisiana for two granddaughters. My son is being sent to Iraq on November 24 and is having an early Christmas on November 18 so these items needed to get there on time. After a lot of ordering problems Kohl's offered to ship the coats Priority Air. The tan coat shipped first but was shipping to Ohio. I had Kohl's do and intercept and change the shipping address to Louisiana. The silver coat shipped(to Louisiana)a day after the tan coat. The day it was to be delivered UPS called and said they had two different house numbers and couldn't delivery it without clarification. The silver coat was finally delivered but was the wrong size and was NOT gift-wrapped. I complained to Kohl's and they sent a replacement silver coat. In the meanwhile the tan coat was delivered to Louisiana and was NOT gift-wrapped. I checked the replacement silver coat shipping information and found out that it is on it's way to Ohio. I called Kohl's again and had it redirected. The minimum wait time when calling Kohl's has been 20 minutes. I have spent literally hours on this order. I have had to have the gift-wrapping charges refunded and inconvenienced my daughter-in-law to do the wrapping. Kohl's has offered me discounts to compensate me and upgraded shipping but it has NOT been worth all of this trouble. There is no excuse for so many problems with one order.

Kohl's 5

Today I shopped at the Stockbridge, Georgia Kohls and I really received great service!!! When checking out, I had my 7 year old daughter with me and I was getting a few Christmas presents for her and her brother discreetly. (Gifts from Santa). I carefully mentioned to the cashier named Kamini that I didn't want my daughter to see a few of the items I was purchasing and Kamini was ever so careful at helping me keep the gifts a surprise. Not only was she helpful, but another cashier who did not have any customers (her name was Shawna) came over and really kept my daughters attention at the same time. I am so grateful for their help. It's not easy shopping for gifts for someone who is with you, but sometimes youv'e got to do it when you can and both of these ladies really made it easy!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty in my eyes and they should be recognized for that!

Lousiest service I ever had. I ordered online for the Grandkids in Oct and was never told the items are not available. They were not going to ship them or notify me that the itmes are not available. I now have nothing to give to my grandkids for Thanksgiving. They wanted the Rubiks cube and now they have nothing. I will never shop there again. Beware of Kohls.

Kohls' has the regular prices jacked sky-high so a sale seems like a deal, but it's still not for the quality. They have good sales on picture frames. In reality the quality of much of their clothing is a joke. I have seen better quality at Wal-Mart. The dressing rooms are always a disaster. Try to find a full-length mirror on the floor, almost impossible. You have to dig to find a size on a tag. There is never any assistance on the floor. Nothing special.

Kohl's 1

My experience with Kohls Here I am sharing my experience with Kohls. I am new to this country and in Dec 2006, I went to Kohls (Poway, CA) for shopping. During checkout the lady at the checkout counter offered me the Kohls card for an additional 15% discount without explaining the details. After few months I got few letters saying that I have to pay a huge amount of money as a fine, since I didnt pay the minimum due. After reading all terms and conditions (which took hours) I found out that Kohls card is actually a credit card with a very less amount of credit limit (which is useless). I was expecting the card is like the membership card which many other store offers. But practically, it was not the case. I had even bad experience (unfriendly behavior) while talking to the customer service people to explain this case. Finally, I paid more than $ 100/- extra (due to fine and high APR) to make the final payment and soon I will close my membership with Kohls. I think, while offering such a card, store should explain properly the rules to the customers. It is not a good that customer should find themselves from their busy schedule. I have shared this experience with many other people and I feel that shopping with Kohls is unsatisfactory. Soon or later I will share my experience in different blogs and websites to be aware about shopping at Kohls. In conclusion, my first (and only) experience with Kohls is extremely unsatisfactory. My suggestion, if you are the new customer, then be aware about Kohls. No more Kohls again !!!
