ADDITION: I have had the absolute joy of watching my husband pick and eat his first whole lobster the other day. Highly entertaining. Of course, he picked the biggest guy out of the tank (he was a bit overzealous), and it cost a ridiculous amount of money, but the look on his face when they tied that lobster bib on and when he tried to crack open a claw that was about the size of my fist was priceless. The sheer awkwardness of a first-time eater is enough to make me think that the bill was worth it.
Hint for newbies: As for martial arts, approach your foe knowing its weak spots, specifically its joints.

The only place I can recollect at this time, and recommend, is Trenton Bridge at the causeway leading to Mount Desert Island, Maine.
