 | Suzysway (20) 09/06/2006 | This definately the best when grilled, even baked in the oven. It has a malleable firm texture, complements many sauces homemade or otherwise, it is nutritious, and not to mention the rosy pink color, central to the fish's aesthetic appeal.

 | Djahuti (54) 09/06/2006 | Salmon can be quite delicious when fresh.You have to be careful,though,some of the farmed salmon is nasty and endangers wild salmon.I like it broiled or cooked on the grill.

 | zuchinibut (36) 09/02/2006 | Its good, but its everywhere these days. Its been farmed heavily, and it can be had for cheap. I like Salmon a lot, but it hasn't lived up to its overexposure to me.

 | edt4 (99) 09/01/2006 | I absolutely hated this stuff as a kid, and there weren't too many foods that I hated (maybe this and liver). A few years ago, I learned my cholesterol was getting high, and that salmon was a good food to eat under the circumstances, so I sort of forced myself to acquire a taste for it. Now, depending on how its prepared, I actually sorta like it. And it's healthy to boot! What's not to like? Although, truth be told, I'll take a greasy extra-cheese pizza any day of the week...(and I wonder why my cholesterol is high?)

 | CastleBee (81) 09/01/2006 | Probably my most favorite fish of all time. I have rarely had any that didn't have a really great taste. I love to grill it and then save some for the next day to have cold on a salad. Mmmmm - good stuff!
